Selection Process: The Selection Process will
consist of an online test, online pre-placement webinar, two rounds of online
interviews, evaluation of past achievements and reference checks. The role
offers strong, progressive organizational career growth paths for good
performers.
The job includes a 4-month probation period in which
a stipend of Rs.21,600/- pm. Upon completion of probation and confirmation of
full-time position, the candidate will be eligible for full CTC as mentioned
CTC - 7LPA (4.5L Fixed + 2.5L Variable)
