· Ability handle tough situation with customer.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Fresher / experience both can apply.

· Candidates should have excellent communication skills in English.

· Customer handling skills.

· Telecom background experience is appreciable.

· Good comprehension skills.

· Analytical & Probing skills.

· Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.

· Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts/5 Days a week).

· CTC - 3 LPA to 5.2 LPA Incentives (Based on Performance)

· 2 doses of covid vaccination are mandatory.

· Cab Facility

· willing to work from office

· Immediate joiners are preferable.
