Job Criteria:
- Good communication skills writing, Oral and verbal.
- Good computer knowledge, good typing speed.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable to work in night shifts.
- The candidate should be comfortable working with WFH as per business requirements.
- Any candidate Fresher or with more than six months of BPO experience would be considered
- Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and latest operating systems
- Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.

- Have to resolve customer queries over Calls and email
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
